The Charlotte County-Punta Gorda Metropolitan Planning Organization has scheduled meetings for the public to give their input on the county's transportation planning.
The purpose of these meetings is to help the organization identify cost-feasible projects that align with projected funding sources and transportation needs over the next 25 years.
The projects are prioritized based on factors like community input, safety, mobility, and economic impact.
Attendees' participation will have an impact on transportation planning throughout the county.
