Authorities are looking for a Lehigh Acres man for violating his probation after he was found passed out drunk in front of a store.
Cain Hernandez was arrested after deputies responded to a call about a suspicious person who was passed out in a running car parked in front of a store at 9 a.m.
When they arrived, they found Hernandez with several open cans of booze in the car.
When they asked for his ID, he kept handing them incorrect cards despite the fact that his ID was sitting right next to him on the console. When he got out of the car, he could barely stand up or speak a coherent sentence.
He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
Hernandez has been arrested 13 times on charges of battery, robbery, fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest.
He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, with a tattoo of the words “Baby Cain” on his right arm, his last name on his neck and a cross and scale drawn on his back
