A Charlotte County cat had one of its nine lives saved in “Positively Gulf Coast.”
Charlotte County Public Safety said a woman stopped by Station 8 on Sunday. Her cat was stuck in a piece of polyvinyl chloride pipe. Lt. Mike Brucci and firefighter-EMT Kyle Phillips worked together to free the kitten.
