On Friday, a Lehigh Acres man was convicted on multiple charges involving a minor.
Jerrylee Earnestastil Balkcom, 39, was investigated by the Lee County Sheriff's Office after the victim told an adult in March 2023 about what Balkcom had done to them, according to the state attorney's office.
Balkcom was convicted on two counts of lewd or lascivious battery and two counts of soliciting a child or person believed by the defendant to be a child for unlawful sexual contact using computer services or devices.
