The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says there is a listeria outbreak linked to supplement shakes.
The CDC made the announcement Friday after Lyons Magnus initiated a recall of its Ready Care supplement shakes back in February due to possible contamination.
The shakes were primarily delivered to long-term care facilities.
The Food and Drug Administration says the shakes should no longer be on the market.
According to the CDC, 42 people became ill and 14 people died after consuming them.
