Police are responding to an active scene along Palm Tree Lane in Fort Myers on Monday afternoon.
The Fort Myers Police Department advised people to stay clear of Palm Tree Lane, Prospect Avenue and Tuscaloosa Street.
The FMPD also said houses have been evacuated in the area, and one person has been detained at this time.
