On May 22, around 7:40 p.m., a Hispanic male at a Dollar General is accused of reaching into a car and committing battery on a female victim.
The unknown male was described as a Hispanic male with a gray/black beard, wearing a gray work polo, a gray hat, black shorts, and black shoes. In the video, he is seen driving away in a blue sedan, possibly a Hyundai Elantra.
