A driver was stopped after going just 12 mph and watching YouTube on Lee Boulevard and State Road 82 while only having their learner's license.
While the Fort Myers Police Department was conducting a city-wide traffic operation, an officer stopped a vehicle traveling in the left lane at 12 mph in a 45 mph zone on Lee Blvd. and SR-82.
According to FMPD, multiple drivers swerved around the vehicle.
When the officer approached the vehicle, they saw the driver watching YouTube. The driver only had their learner's license, according to FMPD.
