A man is wanted by authorities for not showing up to a court date after being arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Alexander Izaguirre was arrested for swerving in and out of traffic and sideswiping cars as he drove. Police arrived on the scene as he pulled into a restaurant parking lot, but as they approached his car, he took off towards the Edison Mall. Due to safety concerns, the chase was called off. But just a short time later, he was stopped by deputies for driving drunk a few miles away.
Izaguirre claimed he only had three beers — despite the empty bottle of tequila, fresh-cut limes and salt on the front seat of his car.
He spent only one week in jail before being released before his court hearing, which he did not show up for.
Izaguirre is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 180 pounds, and when he is arrested, he will be held without bond.
