Authorities are looking for a man they accuse of hitting multiple cars while driving drunk.
Daniel Montecinos, 24, reportedly slammed into the back of a car at a traffic light and kept driving. The first victim was able to get a tag number and description for deputies to search for.
Not far down the road, they spotted Montecinos, who then drove at more than 90 miles an hour, weaving through traffic and evading them. He then hit another car, ditched his vehicle in an apartment complex, and took off on foot.
A police K9 was able to sniff him out, and Montecinos was arrested.
Deputies discovered that Montecinos was running because he was drunk behind the wheel and had a warrant for a previous arrest for lewd and lascivious behavior on a child.
He was found guilty and placed on probation, which he violated.
Montecinos has previous charges for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, hit and run, fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest.
