A 29-year-old Port Charlotte man has been indicted for producing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
According to court records and the indictment, Tyler Russell Kuhn engaged in an online conversation with another individual in October 2019.
Kuhn shared a video and image of himself and a toddler with the individual he was speaking to.
The indictment charges Kuhn with one count of production and one count of distribution of child sexual abuse material.
If Kuhn is convicted on all counts, he faces a maximum penalty of 50 years in federal prison.
