Multiple units were on the scene of a fire at a North Fort Myers house.
According to the North Fort Myers Fire Department, the incident occurred Tuesday morning, and it was a fully involved fire on a house on Breeze Drive.
As a result of the fire, two people were transported to the hospital: a 17-year-old and a male. A dog died was confirmed to have died following the fire.
The blaze is out, but it took 42 minutes to extinguish.
North Fort Myers Fire Department, Bayshore Fire Department, the Lee County Sheriff's Office and Lee county EMS were on the scene.
Officials are saying the fire could be suspicious, but they are actively investigating and will provide more details when they come available.
