Tikis, golf carts, and a tight-knit community. That’s what visitors find at Cheeky Tiki in Collier County. The bar and restaurant have gotten a modern makeover, adding new TVs, tables, games, a refreshed menu, renovated bathrooms, and a fully stocked bar.
Owners Jessy and Chris Lee said they want the space to feel welcoming to everyone. “We want this to be a community. A place where you can come with friends and family,” Jessy said.
What better way to celebrate community than with a parade?
On December 12, Cheeky Tiki teams up with Gulf Coast Veterans and Friends for its decked-out golf cart parade. What started seven years ago with just a handful of carts has grown into an event expecting more than 25 to line the streets. Judges pick the best-decorated cart, and attendees take part in a raffle before the parade begins at 5:45 p.m.
For those attending, expect tricked-out golf carts glowing with lights and tropical decorations and maybe even a Santa sighting.
Jessy said one of the most important parts of Cheeky Tiki’s mission is keeping things affordable. “People tell us they’re getting priced out at other places. We want people to be able to come here to eat affordably,” she said.
Where tiki meets attitude, Cheeky Tiki leans into its blend of Old Florida charm and tropical flair. The restaurant serves classic cocktails, a southern-style menu, and cheeky live music that makes every night feel like a mini-vacation.
Frog legs done right, savory crab cakes, and standout burgers keep the menu simple, soulful, and packed with flavor. A mix of seafood, sand, and sass that keeps guests coming back.
