2 injured in Englewood boat crash on Lemon Bay

ENGLEWOOD, Fla. - Two people were injured after a boat crash in Englewood on Sunday, according to The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, Charlotte County Fire Rescue and FWC responded to the scene.

Authorities said that three people were on board when the boat struck a piling while traveling in Lemon Bay. Two of the occupants were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
