Fort Myers Beach man seeks justice after contractor lawsuit win

FORT MYERS BEACH - Joe Salvaggio is still trying to collect money after winning a lawsuit against his contractor for unfinished Hurricane Ian repairs.

A warrant is out for Edward Beebee and his wife Nadine, owners of ENBS Painting and More, after they failed to provide financial paperwork in a civil lawsuit filed by Salvaggio.

Salvaggio claims he paid thousands for restoration work on his home that was never completed.

"The legal thing is he never produced the items that he was supposed to," said Salvaggio. "In other words, the court during the case, the court asked him for all of his bank and business records to show when my money that he took from me went in the bank and then where it went."

The Lee County Sheriff's Office and Salvaggio's lawyer confirm the warrants have not been served yet. Attempts to reach the Beebees have been unsuccessful.
