The Weather Authority is tracking a buildup of heat this afternoon with near-record highs. 

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "Across town, we're going to be seeing mostly partly cloudy skies. We'll see maybe a stray shower pop up as well." 

Thursday

Patchy fog is once again popping up as you get on the roads this Thursday morning.

Once that fog lifts, temperatures will soar with near record highs this Thursday afternoon.

A stray shower is also possible through the early evening.

Highs top out in the lower to mid 80s.

Friday

Foggy for some Friday morning, but visibility is looking better for more areas as warmer air builds in.

Plan for a partly cloudy afternoon with highs in the mid 80s.

Saturday

Mild and more humid conditions are in the forecast Saturday with morning lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

We'll see sun and clouds throughout the day with warm temperatures.

Highs climb into the lower to mid 80s.
