Naples teen charged for threats against ICE agents, faces felony charges

NAPLES - A Naples man was arrested following an investigation into threats made against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on social media.

Holden Manning, 18, faced charges of written threats to kill or conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism, which is a second-degree felony under Florida law.

"The safety of our local, state and federal law enforcement officers is non-negotiable," said Sheriff Kevin Rambosk. "We must uphold the rule of law and that includes lawful actions and appropriate consequences for those that criminally threaten our law enforcement officers."

The Collier County Sheriff's Office received a tip about a social media post calling for the murder of ICE agents. The investigation determined Manning was responsible for the post.

Detectives located Manning on Friday afternoon and took him into custody. He is currently being booked into the Collier County Jail.
