Lee County and Collier County deputies responding to active scene in Bonita Springs

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. —

The Lee County Sheriff's Office and Collier County Sheriff's Office are responding to an active scene on Bonita Beach Road.

CCSO told Gulf Coast News that there was a disturbance involving a female at a pizza shop at Bonita Beach Road. They said that the scene was turned over to LCSO

LCSO said that there were shots in the area, and that this is connected to the disturbance that CCSO responded to. LCSO also said that they have a helicopter and drones in the area.
