Another cold front is on the way, but not before a few showers come ahead of the front.

Clouds and sun dominate today's forecast with breezy conditions into the afternoon.

Highs won't be cool; it'll be in the 70s. Rain ahead of the front is expected to approach our area in the afternoon hours, then decrease as clouds and cooler, drier air move in this evening.

Monday

Get ready for another shot of cold air! On Monday morning, we will wake up to temperatures in the 30s and low 40s stretching across Southwest Florida.

A Cold Weather Advisory is in place for all of Southwest Florida from midnight until 9 a.m.

Temperatures will struggle to warm up, only reaching the 60s under mostly sunny skies.

This week

A quick warm-up is on the way! By Wednesday, we are nearing 80 degrees with sun and clouds overhead.

A more unsettled weather pattern comes into the picture towards the end of the week, bringing the chance for a few showers.

With breezy winds, it's not the best day to be out on the water.

A Small Craft Advisory is in place due to winds picking up around 10 to 20 knots, and gusts even higher.

The Gulf wave heights are reaching 2 to 4 feet this afternoon with a moderate chop in the bays and inland waters. The Gulf water temperature is at a cool 65 degrees.
