Punta Gorda tech store owner accused of criminal use of personal identification information

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. —

The Punta Gorda Police Department arrested a tech store owner accused of using other people's personal identification information.

PGPD says that Kory Cameron Kossick, 28, owner of On Tech Repair, is facing charges of criminal use of personal identification information after an investigation.

PGPD is reminding the public to always use caution when sharing personal information or entrusting electronic devices that contain sensitive data.

Anyone who believes they have been affected or who has information is encouraged to contact the Punta Gorda Police Department at 941-639-4111.
