Cape Coral man wanted for violating probation after fourth DUI arrest

Crime Stoppers needs your help tracking down Manuel Feliciano, wanted for violating probation following his fourth arrest for DUI.

Deputies say they spotted Feliciano driving on Fort Myers Beach at 2:30 a.m., going about 25 miles an hour over the speed limit and swerving between lanes.

When they pulled him over, Feliciano said he was just headed home, despite going in the exact opposite direction of where he actually lived.

After showing multiple signs of impairment, coupled with the distinct smell of booze on his breath, deputies wanted to conduct field sobriety tests, but Feliciano refused.

Once at the jail, he was breath-tested, which showed that he was nearly three times the legal limit.

And as it turns out, this was not his first time driving while impaired. He has three priors for DUI.

In total, this 59-year-old has 19 previous arrests since 1994 on charges of battery/domestic violence, obstruction, grand theft, child abuse and public intoxication.

He has also had run-ins with the law in Collier and Orange counties. Feliciano is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 200 pounds and could be using the alias of Daniel Hernandez to avoid his next arrest.
