Woman wanted in Lee County, accused of violating probation following drug possession arrest

LEE COUNTY, Fla. —

A woman is wanted after being accused of violating her probation following a drug possession arrest, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers says.

According to Crime Stoppers, Denise Maggi, 46, was initially arrested after a search of her car during a traffic stop found crack cocaine, pills and a crack pipe.

She was found guilty and placed on probation. Crime Stoppers says that she later tested positive for cocaine twice.

Maggi has several prior charges, including evidence tampering, mishandling a dead body and failure to report a death.

Maggi is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, and has tattoos of the Scorpio and Gemini signs on her wrists, a cross on her right calf, and the Bob the Builder cartoon character on her left ankle. She may be using the alias of Denise Hubbard.
