Water quality advisory issued for Clam Pass Beach in Naples

The Florida Department of Health in Collier County issued a water quality advisory for North Gulf Shore Beach Access Clam Pass Beach in Naples.

Tests conducted on Wednesday revealed that the water quality does not meet the state's recreational criteria for Enterococcus bacteria.

The advisory advises against any water activities at this location due to the increased risk of illness from elevated bacteria levels.

The advisory will remain until bacteria levels return to acceptable health standards.
