Woman accused of prostitution, groping undercover detective at Charlotte County massage parlor

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. —

A woman is accused of offering sexual acts for money to an undercover detective, the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.

According to a press release, the CCSO received a tip that illegal prostitution had been occurring at AAA Rose Massage on Tamiami Trail. It said that detectives planned an undercover operation to determine whether the allegations were true.

During the operation, CCSO says, 64-year-old Hong Zeng offered and agreed to perform sexual acts for one of the detectives for money. While discussing this, it adds, Zeng groped over his clothes.

It was then learned that Zeng's massage license had been revoked by the Department of Health back in 2020, which prohibits her from being a masseuse at all.

Zeng was arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution, battery by intentional touch or strike, use or attempted use of a revoked massage license and resisting an officer without violence.
