Fort Myers ranks as 4th most searched spring break destination on Spirit Airlines

FORT MYERS, Fla. —

A new report from Spirit Airlines listed Fort Myers as the fourth most searched spring break destination for 2026.

Spirit Airlines tracked web searches made from Jan. 5 to Feb. 5 for dates between March 6 and April 26, and gathered a list of the top 10 most searched locations. Fort Myers at Southwest Florida International Airport ranked fourth.

"Spring break is all about soaking up the sun, and after many of our Guests endured a very cold winter, we make it easy for them to get there with our unmatched value," said Rana Ghosh, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Spirit Airlines.
