CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The City of Cape Coral has announced that developers finalized the purchase of the 'Seven Islands' properties on Wednesday evening.
The Cape Coral City Council unanimously approved an agreement with the developer in January.
The project will transform 47 acres alongside Old Burnt Store Road into a hub with condos, shops and restaurants.
