Love is in the air... and so is the warmth!

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, Fla. (WINK) — Happy Saturday and happy Valentine's Day! There is so much to love about this forecast!

Highs will be warm in the low 80s with plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

Our dry and warmer weather trend sticks around another day with sun and clouds dominating the forecast.

If you have any evening plans, it is going to be a mild and comfortable evening with a few clouds and temperatures in the 60s.

Sunday

Dense sea fog could develop overnight into early Sunday morning. Sunday will kick off with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 60s, before our next cold front slides south.

It's not going to be an impactful cold front in terms of cooler temperatures; however, it will usher in breezy winds and keep humidity lower.

Rain is forecast for late Sunday into early Monday morning.

This week

Rain will clear by midday on Monday with temperatures in the upper 70s. Winds will stay breezy at times throughout the day.

Highs stay warm throughout the upcoming week with temperatures in the low 80s.

Beach and boating

Winds are light today out of the east and south, around 5 to 10 knots. The Gulf wave heights are reaching 1 to 2 feet this afternoon with a light chop in our bays and inland waters.

The Gulf water temperatures are a touch warmer than they have been, at 67 degrees.

Sea fog is expected to develop late Sunday into Monday, with hazardous marine conditions developing Sunday into Sunday night.
