Walmart along Colonial Blvd evacuated as Fort Myers police investigate active scene

FORT MYERS, Fla. —

Fort Myers police are working an active scene at the Walmart Supercenter along Colonial Boulevard Monday night.

According to the Fort Myers Police Department, the shopping center is being evacuated as the investigation continues.

Gulf Coast News has reached out to FMPD to confirm what led to the evacuation and investigation.
