New Chick-fil-A location potentially coming to Alico Road in Lee County

LEE COUNTY, Fla. —

A new Chick-fil-A location could be coming to the corner of Alico Road and Three Oaks Parkway in Lee County.

Pending application approvals, a new 4,747 square foot location would be west of I-75. Currently, there is a Chick-fil-A east of I-75 on Alico Road.

The initial permit application was submitted in July 2025. They applied for a permit Friday from the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Parts of the application are still under review before a permit issuance.

Chick-fil-A has yet to make an official announcement about the potential new location.
