Detectives: Woman sold fentanyl out of North Fort Myers trailer

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. —

A North Fort Myers woman is facing felony drug charges after deputies say she sold nearly an ounce of fentanyl to a confidential informant during a narcotics investigation.

Krsungi Gillett, 49, was arrested early Wednesday morning and charged with trafficking fentanyl over 4 grams, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began in late 2025 when the LCSO Narcotics Unit received information regarding a woman selling drugs out of a trailer on Griffin Lane.

According to a probable cause affidavit, a confidential informant working with detectives met with Gillett at the Griffin Lane property on Dec. 22, 2025. During the meeting, detectives say Gillett sold the informant narcotics in exchange for $1,600.

Investigators field-tested the substance, which allegedly tested positive for fentanyl. The total package weight was 28.4 grams.

Following the undercover purchase, detectives conducted analytical research to positively identify the suspect as Gillett. On Jan. 28, 2026, the confidential informant identified Gillett as the seller during a photo lineup administered by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

Deputies located Gillett on Wednesday, Feb. 18, just before 2 a.m.

According to arrest reports, Deputy Damian Lehmann and Deputy Layne Reeves found Gillett living in a camper behind a property on Nankervis Lane in North Fort Myers.

She was detained, placed under arrest, and transported to the Lee County Jail without incident.

Gillett remains in custody, facing one count of trafficking in fentanyl or fentanyl analogues.
