A man has a warrant out for his arrest after failing to register as a sex offender, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said.
According to Crime Stoppers, Worden Bourn, 64, was initially convicted in Alaska for kidnapping and sexually abusing a five-year-old in 2004. They add that after serving his time, he moved to Monroe County and was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.
Bourn moved to Fort Myers Beach, where he was accused of giving drugs to a minor after Lee County deputies said that a missing teenager was found with him on a sailboat. Bourn is also wanted for failing to appear in court for his accusation.
If you have information in this case, you are asked to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477), on the P3 app, or on its website. You can remain anonymous, and if your tip leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
