The Weather Authority is tracking a chilly, dry and breezy Monday, with an elevated brush fire risk.

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "Temperatures forecast to stay quite cool today. The wind and dry air will increase our brush fire potential."

Monday

Starting dramatically cooler this Monday morning with a Cold Weather Advisory in effect until 10 a.m.

We'll see a dry and breezy day, which is elevating our brush fire threat.

A Fire Weather Warning is in effect throughout the day as well. Temperatures remain in the 60s throughout the day.

Tuesday

A Cold Weather Advisory and Freeze Warning will be in effect across Southwest Florida Tuesday with temperatures starting in the 30s and 40s.

Plan for another cool and dry day, with temperatures remaining in the 60s Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday

Cold temperatures continue for your Wednesday morning commute, with lows in the 30s and 40s.

We'll see a quick warm up Wednesday, with highs back in the lower to mid 70s.
