The Weather Authority is tracking a quick warm-up Thursday, with some seeing hazy conditions due to nearby brush fires. 

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "For today, our temperatures are going to be warmer. Highs are back in the 80s this afternoon for many of us."  

Thursday

Starting a little milder this Thursday morning, with temperatures in the 40s and 50s.

Plan for a quicker warm-up, with temperatures soaring into the 80s Thursday afternoon.

Some will see smoky and hazy conditions thanks to those ongoing brush fires.

Friday

Temperatures will be even warmer Friday morning, as lows will be in the 50s to 60s.

Plan for a warm afternoon, with highs in the lower to mid 80s across Southwest Florida.

While a few showers are possible, those will mainly be east of I-75 in the afternoon.

Saturday

WINK News meteorologists are monitoring the chance of showers for your Saturday plans.

Isolated showers will be likely along the coast throughout the morning and then farther inland throughout the afternoon.

Highs top out in the lower to mid 80s.
