Collier County massage therapist accused of sexual battery

NORTH NAPLES, Fla.—A massage therapist from Fort Myers is in the Collier County jail, accused of sexually battering a client at a North Naples spa where he worked.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened on November 29, 2025. It’s the second time Raoul Atkinson has been arrested for sex crimes in the past month.

A woman reported that Atkinson performed unwanted sex acts on her during her massage.

CCSO worked with the State Attorney’s Office and got a warrant for Atkinson’s arrest.

On Sunday, 38-year-old Atkinson turned himself in at the Naples Jail Center.

Atkinson was also implicated in a sexual battery on Nov. 6 at the same spa.

That case was reported to CCSO on Jan. 29.

The victim also said Atkinson performed unwanted sex acts on her during her massage.

The sheriff’s office said Atkinson was arrested on Feb. 2 before bonding out of jail.

Atkinson faces two counts of sexual battery for the Nov. 29 incident and one count of battery for the Nov. 6 incident.
