Truck crashes off I-75, shuts down southbound lanes near mile marker 88 in Collier County

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. —

A crash on Monday afternoon along I-75 in Collier County shut down all of the southbound lanes near mile marker 88.

Shortly after 6 p.m., crews could be seen with multiple tow trucks trying to pull the vehicle out of the trees after it went through a guardrail.

One southbound lane has reopened as crews remain at the scene.

Gulf Coast News has reached out to the Florida Highway Patrol to confirm if anyone was injured and what led up to the crash.
