Fort Myers police are back on the hunt for Nicole Kammer for violating probation on charges of drug possession.
Her latest legal woes stem from an incident where Kammer was pulled over just after midnight when police said they spotted her dangerously swerving in and out of lanes in downtown Fort Myers.
When they made contact, her pants were oddly below her waist, and she appeared overly nervous and out of sorts, according to SWFL Crime Stoppers.
When she stepped out of the car, she dropped a crack pipe, which prompted a full search of the car, authorities said. That's when officers found baggies of meth and fentanyl, as well as several new and used syringes.
The 36-year-old spent the next two months in lock-up, and in December she pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.
Last week, she violated those terms after bailing from her north Cape Coral residence, paired with not showing up for drug tests or completing community service.
Kemmer has 16 previous bookings on charges of theft, fraud, the sale and delivery of cocaine, as well as DUI.
She is 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, and upon her arrest, she will be held without bond.
