A warrant for the arrest of Rimekia Heningburg was issued last week. She is accused of violating the terms of her probation following an arrest for aggravated assault with a weapon.
Detectives said the 29-year-old lost control when she spotted the mountain of trash. According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Heningburg followed the victim around, screaming the whole time, all while a 7-year-old child was watching her temper unravel.
After threatening to kill the man, she grabbed a knife and lunged towards him. When police arrived on the scene, Heningburg tried to downplay her actions before she ended up in the Lee County Jail.
She eventually pled guilty and was placed on 24 months of state probation, which she violated when she failed to do a drug evaluation, as well as a mental health evaluation, anger management classes and court fees.
Heningburg is 5 feet 7 inches, 140 pounds, and was last known to be living in South Fort Myers.
