SWFL.io - Local NewsA small whale was found in shallow waters Monday along the Gulf in Pelican Bay.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched at approximately 12:27 p.m., and they are on the scene with the whale.
Gulf Coast News has reached out to CCSO and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission about their rescue efforts.
