Man arrested during Lehigh Acres stop on active warrant for armed home invasion charges

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. —

A Clewiston man was arrested in Lehigh Acres on Sunday night on an active felony warrant after being accused of committing an armed home invasion.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office arrest report, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at around 10:22 p.m. in the area of Curtis Avenue South and Fourth Street Southwest.

The deputy stopped the vehicle after discovering that the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. The deputy spoke with the driver, who told them the vehicle was a rental, the report said.

While speaking with the driver, the deputy recognized the front passenger as Dylan Noezil, 22, who was known for having an active felony warrant, according to the report.

The deputy arrested Noezil on an active felony warrant for charges of home invasion robbery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.
