A woman is accused of violating her probation following an arrest for possession of a controlled substance.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Stacia Joseph, 45, was seen acting erratically while parked in a handicap spot at the Edison Mall in Fort Myers.
When officers arrived, Joseph was seen undressing and making erratic movements in the car, while also not being able to speak in full sentences. Officers then saw her put her hand into a white substance sitting in the center console of the car.
Joseph told officers it was just mac and cheese mix, but officers quickly discovered she had a crack pipe, cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the car, Crime Stoppers said.
Joseph was arrested but was released after a month on parole. She is accused of violating her parole last month.
Joseph has been jailed 21 times on charges of domestic violence, grand theft auto, a lascivious sex offense, drugs and more. She is 5'7", 220 pounds and could be using the aliases of Stacia Irizarry, Stacia Rugulo and Stacia Adams.
