EXCLUSIVE: Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall announces 2026-2027 Broadway series

FORT MYERS, Fla. —

The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall at FSW has unveiled its 2026-2027 Fifth Third Bank Broadway Series. This year's theme is a "Season of Spectacular Stories."

There will be nine plays, with the lineup featuring adaptations of classic novels and plays. This includes "The Great Gatsby," "Clue," "The Notebook" and more.

Good Morning Gulf Coast was joined by the hall's general manager, Scott Saxson. He highlighted each show's unique contribution to the lineup, featuring adaptations of "Water for Elephants" and "Hell's Kitchen," alongside special engagements like "'Twas the Night Before… by Cirque du Soleil,"

Season ticket holders have the opportunity to purchase tickets early for the special engagements when subscribing to the 2026-2027 season. Tickets for new subscribers are available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. on March 16, with Gulf Coast News viewers getting even earlier access to the box office during the live segment.

The special engagements include "'Twas the Night Before… by Cirque du Soleil" on Nov. 13 and 14, 2026, "SIX" from March 5-7, 2027, and "JERSEY BOYS" from March 30 to April 4, 2027, offering audiences a variety of theatrical experiences.

The series kicks off with the "The Great Gatsby." The "Broadway extravaganza," as coined by Entertainment Weekly, premieres on the Gulf Coast on Jan. 26, 2027, with shows through Jan. 31, 2027.
