Canterbury School in Lee County closed Tuesday due to storm damage

FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK)— Canterbury School will be closed on Tuesday, March 17, due to severe weather damage on campus from storms that moved through Southwest Florida.

The school announced on Facebook that the maintenance team plans to assess the damage in the morning. School officials said they will share an update as soon as they know more about campus conditions and whether any help will be needed with cleanup efforts.

Students, faculty and staff should not come to campus Tuesday. Faculty and staff should be on the lookout for a separate email with additional details.
