13-year-old Naples boy accused of threatening to kill another juvenile on TikTok

NAPLES, Fla. —

A 13-year-old boy from Naples was arrested Friday after Monroe County deputies said he sent a message over TikTok threatening another juvenile.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Sebastian Manuel Blanco sent an image of a rifle while threatening to kill the victim.

MCSO was notified of the incident by the Naples Police Department after its investigation. The sheriff's office said the victim is a Naples resident, but she received the threat while visiting the Florida Keys earlier in the month.

Monroe County deputies obtained a warrant for Blanco's arrest, and he was arrested in Collier County.

Blanco is facing charges of making an electronic threat to kill. NPD said he was taken to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Center for booking.
