Collier County NCH employee accused of sexual battery on woman at his home

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. —

An employee with Naples Comprehensive Health was arrested Monday after he was accused of sexually battering a woman at his home in Collier County.

According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, David Joseph Young, 58, was arrested after he reportedly invited a woman to his home because she needed a place to stay.

The woman told deputies that the next thing she remembered her leggings and underwear were off, and Young was accused of taking inappropriate pictures of her on his phone, according to the report.

Young reportedly did not deny it, deputies said, and he was then arrested and taken to Naples Jail Center.

NCH said they are aware of Young's arrest and he has been placed on administrative leave.
