WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists area forecasting another round of storms for some Southwest Florida communities this Thursday afternoon and evening.

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "We're tracking another round of a few storms for your afternoon and evening plans. Not going to see a ton of rain for all, but those who see the rain will also have to deal with some thunder and lightning."

Thursday

Thursday is starting mild and humid, with patchy dense fog impacting more of your morning commute.

We'll see a partly cloudy afternoon, with a few storms popping up throughout the afternoon and evening.

While many stay dry, heavy rain will once again be possible in those storms.

Temperatures will be warmer with highs in the mid to upper 80s.

Friday

Friday looks to continue our stretch of mild and humid conditions with patchy fog popping up for the morning commute.

We'll see a partly cloudy afternoon with a few storms developing for your afternoon and evening plans.

Heavy rain will fall in the areas that see those storms.

Highs top out hotter and in the upper 80s to near 90.

Saturday

Saturday morning will start quite mild and humid with lows in the 60s.

We'll stay dry for your morning and early afternoon plans, but isolated storms are looking to impact more of your plans late in the afternoon and into the evening.

We will see lightning and heavy rain in those storms Saturday. Highs climb into the upper 80s to near 90s.
