Evangelical Christian School coach arrested after alleged sexual advances toward student

LEE COUNTY, Fla. (WINK) — The boys basketball coach at Evangelical Christian School turned himself in to Lee County deputies on Wednesday night.

Rial Jackson Jones, known as R.J. Jones, is accused of making sexual advances toward a student. Deputies arrested him after he turned himself in.

Jones made his first appearance in court Thursday morning. His bond is set at $100,000.

He is not allowed to have contact with the victim, the victim's family or other minors. His next court date is set for April 27.
