Kick streamer arrested as FWC investigates viral video showing him shooting at alligator

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WINK)—A Kick streamer was arrested in Fort Lauderdale, right as a viral video making the rounds on social media appears to show him firing a gun at an alligator in the Everglades.

The video appears to show a Kick streamer called "Clavicular," whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, along with others firing a gun at an alligator from an airboat in the Everglades.

In a post on X, Florida Fish and Wildlife says, "The FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator."

The agency says officers are investigating and more information will be released as it becomes available. FWC is asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

Under Florida law, you can't intentionally kill, injure or even attempt to harm an alligator without proper authorization.

Meanwhile, in what appears to be a separate case, Broward County records show Peters was arrested in Fort Lauderdale on an out-of-county warrant out of Osceola County for a battery charge.

Since then, Peters' streaming account has been taken offline.
