President Trump's signature to appear on US currency

President Donald Trump's signature will appear on the $100 bill in June, marking the first time a sitting president's signature will be featured on U.S. paper currency.

The Treasury Department announced that this move is tied to the nation's 250th birthday.

Although federal law bans a living president's image on money, the administration stated that this rule does not apply to signatures.

Additionally, a federal commission recently approved a gold commemorative coin featuring Trump's image.
