SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, (WINK) — WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists are tracking a bit more rain for your Friday plans with isolated storms (30% coverage) popping up later in the afternoon and heading towards the coast this evening.

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "Plan for an even hotter day ahead of some isolated storms that come our way later on this evening."

Friday

Friday morning is starting off quite mild and humid once again.

We'll see a partly cloudy afternoon with a few storms developing for your afternoon plans.

Isolated storms (30% coverage) are looking more impactful for your evening plans, with rain lingering into the late-night hours.

Highs top out hotter and in the upper 80s to near 90.

Saturday

Saturday morning will start quite mild and humid with lows in the 60s.

We'll stay dry for your morning and early afternoon plans, but isolated storms (30% coverage) are looking to impact more of your plans in the afternoon and into the evening.

Storms can bring heavy rain and lightning to beach communities as well so keep an eye on the sky.

Highs climb into the upper 80s to near 90s.

Sunday

Sunday will begin mild and humid once again, with lows in the 60s.

Temperatures will be a little cooler thanks to a stalling cold front.

Highs top out in the lower to mid 80s. Besides cooler temperatures, that front leads to more rain with scattered storms (40% coverage) with us midday throughout the afternoon and evening.

Breezy conditions and gusts up to 30 mph can impact your afternoon plans.
