SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, (WINK) —WINK News Weather Authority meteorologists are tracking a stalled front that is leading to more passing showers for your Monday plans.

The Weather Authority's Zach Maloch said, "Today, plan for another breezy day with a bit more rain once again in the forecast."

Monday

Monday morning is off to a mild and humid start, with a few passing showers lingering throughout the morning commute.

We'll see stray showers pass by in the morning, with more scattered rain developing in the afternoon and early evening.

Heavy rain, gusty winds and some lightning will accompany those storms. Temperatures top out in the lower to mid 80s.

Tuesday

Tuesday morning will start mild and humid once again, with a lower shower chance possible.

Plan for another round of scattered showers and a few storms throughout the afternoon with that rain lasting into the evening.

Heavy rain is likely in a few of those rain areas. Highs top out in the mid 80s.

Wednesday

Wednesday will begin mild and humid once again, with lows in the 60s.

Temperatures will be a little warmer Wednesday with less rain in the forecast. Highs top out in the mid to upper 80s.

While many of you will stay dry, a few showers will be possible throughout the afternoon.
